I feel immense pleasure at the establishment of Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur, Barnala with the blessings of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Punjab S. Parkash Singh Ji Badal, S. Sukhbir Singh Ji Badal, Deputy CM, Punjab and under the dynamic leadership of Jathedar Avtar Singh, President, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, also played a prominent role in the opening of this institution in this area. I am sure this institution will spread the light of knowledge with its focus on the divine message of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The college has introduced courses which are in high demand and in the times to come, we propose to have Post Graduate courses as well. Like other institutions of the SGPC, this college is also committed to quality education, excellence in the field of academics following the best traditions of the Sikh faith.
